Wow, it is mad how fast time goes - it seems like last week I last put something up on here... but obviously it is not.

I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do another blog for Jiujitsuism.com and it should be up soon.

Does Self Myofascial – Increase your flexibility for BJJ?

Before I dive into this blog let me please explain what Myofascial is:

As with everything in Physiology (science) words are thrown together – this is no different. MYO = muscle and FASCIA = band. Fascia is an embryological connective tissue. It is a very strong yet flexible fibre. It surrounds, infuses and protects your tissues, organs, muscle and bones etc, etc. Myofascial Release (MR) was recommended to athletes who had partaken in an event that encouraged the onset of physical and emotional trauma through poor posture
