Blog is on its way - slowly
For those of you that follow me on twitter you will see I am currently having a battle with my academic commitments. Funnily enough it’s Psychology that is hindering me, and specifically Goal Setting and Self-Efficacy (as an old tweet says 'how ironic').
As I mentioned previously my next blog will look at muscular endurance, for many reasons - but the most important being, this is a good starting block for those who have little experience of lifting in the gym. As I have said previously - I myself have started with this route even with quite a few years’ experience of lifting, if for nothing else than getting some familiarization with the routine and ROM (range of motion) that is required.
Anyway, keep an eye out (maybe a week) and the blog should be up soon.
