Well as most of you are aware I got married the other week so things have been a bit quiet on the BJJ/Judo side of things.
However it's not been all lazy.... I have just finished a review on a Blitz product which I hope will be published soon (will put a link up on here when it is), I was progressing well with my Judo until I suffered a broken rib - that put me out of action for roughly 4 weeks (hell on earth for all athletes/hobbyists) and I finally managed to secure a new place to train my BJJ.
After 4/5 weeks off (injury) and almost 8/10 weeks off serious BJJ training my first session back was intense. Not only was a I smashed physically the guys were technically very good with challenges being afforded by white, blue, purple and black (obviously). I look forward now knowing that my path of improvement is guaranteed.
I will get a blog up soon - however I'm not sure what on! I have been playing with some plyometric training so may have a look at that and its benefits to grapplers, we will see. Anyway, hope you're all good and training as hard as you can. OSSS
